William Keelan
Bill Keelan's passion for real estate became apparent soon after his graduation from Colgate University when he began investing in real estate in Fairfield County, CT. He has since invested in, renovated and developed properties in New York City, Los Angeles and Florida. He is currently licensed as a sales agent in Florida and California.
Before joining Brown Harris Stevens, Bill held the position of VP of Florida operations for the Corcoran Group real estate firm. His responsibilities included running five real estate offices in Southeast Florida, overseeing more than 120 brokers and agents, recruiting for a startup office in North Palm Beach, securing high-profile listings, coordinating marketing and advertising efforts, and starting a new development division.
In addition to selling and marketing real estate, Bill has an extensive Wall Street background. He had been a long time seatholder and member of several of the New York Commodity Exchanges.
Bill is able to utilize his financial background by helping his clients with every facet of Real Estate finance.
A former ranked USTA tennis player, Bill still enjoys playing tennis in his free time.
