Elaine Edwards
Elaine M. Edwards joined Brown Harris Stevens of Palm Beach in the Fall of 2009 as a Broker-Associate. Edwards previously was Director of Sales and Broker for WCI Communities Inc.’s ultra-luxury condominium One Watermark Place in West Palm Beach, FL. She was successful in closing over $110 million in individual sales for the project and overseeing $125 million in total project sales, earning her WCI’s achievement honor award for Company Top Producer in 2001, 2002, and 2003. After leaving WCI Communities to join Sotheby’s International Realty in 2004, Elaine listed and sold over $30 million in existing developer inventory, as well as investor re-sales in One Watermark Place that established two record breaking residential sales of $7.75 million and $7.5 million in West Palm Beach. As of 2009, Edwards has closed a total of $170.2 million in sales for the luxury waterfront building One Watermark Place.
Prior to WCI, Elaine was instrumental in closing over $20 million in Palm Beach offerings, namely the Clarendon Avenue ocean-to-lake parcel and also speculative homes built on North Ocean Boulevard. She also was responsible for $35 million in closed sales at the Carlyle luxury condominium on Jupiter Island, FL. In addition, Edwards has specialized in the marketing and sales of estate homes in Nantucket, MA, Admirals Cove, Jupiter, FL, Jupiter Inlet Colony, Seminole Golf Club, North Palm Beach, FL and Harbour Isles, North Palm Beach, FL
A licensed real estate broker with an awarded lifetime membership in the Jupiter Tequesta Hobe Sound’s Board of Realtors’ Million Dollar Club, Edwards is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors and the Palm Beach Board of Realtors.
